Overview

Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) will conduct the Jharkhand Scientific Assistant Competitive Examination (JSACE) 2025 for recruitment to 23 posts. The exam will be held on 14 September 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: Graduation and Post-Graduation in relevant subject from a recognized university.
  • Age Limit: 21 to 35 years (age relaxation as per rules).

Application Fee

  • General / EBC / BC-1 / BC-2: ₹100
  • SC / ST (Jharkhand residents): ₹50

Exam Pattern & Syllabus

The written exam will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. The syllabus includes:

  • General Studies
  • General Science
  • Mathematics (10th standard level)
  • Mental Ability Test (Reasoning & Problem Solving)
  • Knowledge of Jharkhand (History, Geography, Culture, etc.)

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected based on a written examination followed by document verification.

  • Domicile certificate of Jharkhand (if required)
